Rent the ENTIRE Jamaican villa for $5,000/week.

This price is based on 12 people.

          Small fee of $30/night for each extra person over 12 people,  $40/night extra person during Holiday periods. Sleeps max of 22 people.

IMPORTANT:

A deposit of 25% of the total rental is required to hold a reservation. We must receive a personal check, money order, or payment by credit card for the deposit within 7 days of the initial booking. Once it is received and cleared, the dates are secured.

The balance/final payment of must be received 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas and New Years bookings). The bookings will be cancelled and the deposits forfeited if the final balance is not paid before the stated limit. Please make your payments on time to avoid cancellation.

Cancellation policy:  A cancellation fee of 20% of the total rental value will be charged on all cancellations occurring 60 days or more prior to arrival date. In low season, cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of all funds paid. In high season, cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of all funds paid. There will be no refunds granted for no shows, late arrivals, premature departures, or reduction in number of persons in your group.

We will make every effort to make ammendments to your booking in special circumstances where travel cannot take place as scheduled. The requested ammendment may be subject to a $60 change fee.
