Fern Hill's main villa is the Garden Villa.  It has 2 one bedroom suites and 1 two bedroom suite, all on the ground level. Each suite has its own bathroom.  It is attached to the main seating area, living room, and the main kitchen. It opens up onto the swimming pool, veranda, and has a beautiful view of the ocean and gardens.

Fern Hill's Seaview Villa has 2 two bedroom suites.  The ground floor suite has 2 bedrooms and one bath. The other suite has 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor with a kitchenette and full bathroom, and 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor with a half bath. The second and third floor bedrooms open out to a balcony to enjoy the view of the sea.

If you wish to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner at the villa, you may give the cook your request with money for the groceries, and they will shop for you and cook up some wonderful meals. You are not expected to tip the staff as they are paid to take good care of you and they pride themselves with excellent customer service. However, if you wish to tip, they will graciously accept!
