$5,000/ week:  entire Fern Hill Villa- both the Seaview and the Garden Villa, 2 one bedroom suites and 3 two bedroom suites, up to 12 people *

 *  Any number of people over 12 is subject to an extra fee of $30 a person per night,$40 a person per night during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Holiday Season.

Important-

• Meals are not included in these prices, however a cook and housekeeper are a part of the service.  So, if you provide the essentials our cook can prepare a meal for you.  On the other hand, if you don’t want to be bothered by gathering food to prepare, or going out for your meals, our cook would be happy to do all the work.  Just request a price quote, let us know what you’d like, relax and enjoy!
• Transportation to and from the airport, or trips around the island are not included in these prices.  If you would like for us to arrange either of these for you, we would be happy.  Our drivers can even be at your beck & call, if you wish!  Just request a price quote.
